崗位職責(zé)
崗位職責(zé)：
1. Be familiar with the IP contents and operating rules of international themed entertainment projects.
熟悉國際主題娛樂項目的IP內(nèi)容及運(yùn)作規(guī)則。
2. Ability to complete creative works independently (or lead a team) for themed entertainment projects from conceptual design, schematic design, to detail design phases, including control the quality of creative design of oneself and the team, and promptly handle all aspects of problems that arise in internal work at each stage.
可以獨(dú)立（或帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊）完成主題娛樂項目的創(chuàng)意概念、方案和深化設(shè)計等階段的具體工作；把控自身或團(tuán)隊各階段的創(chuàng)意設(shè)計質(zhì)量，及時處理各階段內(nèi)部工作出現(xiàn)的各方面問題。
3. Ability to coordinate, follow-up, and manage design projects and obtain design confirmations from international IP owners and domestic investors, as well as give project reports to local government during the project design and implementation phases.
可以獨(dú)立協(xié)調(diào)、跟進(jìn)并處理項目創(chuàng)意設(shè)計和實施過程中需要進(jìn)行的國際IP持有人的設(shè)計確認(rèn)，國內(nèi)投資人的設(shè)計確認(rèn)和向政府等進(jìn)行必要的匯報等工作。

1. Graduated from art/design major, with strong art appreciation and fashion perception.

2. At Least 5 years of creative design experience in international themed entertainment IP projects with complete design portfolio.
具有5年以上國際主題娛樂IP項目的創(chuàng)意設(shè)計經(jīng)驗和完整的設(shè)計案例。
3. Strong hands-on ability, skillfully operating design and drawing software, and have the ability to independently complete creative design of international IP themed projects.
動手能力強(qiáng)，能熟練操作相關(guān)設(shè)計和繪圖軟件，具有獨(dú)立完成一個國際IP項目創(chuàng)意設(shè)計的工作能力。
